Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) adopts all social protection systems and measures aiming at fully protecting labour against any racial discrimination during their stay in UAE for employment purposes , ensures substantial coverage of the poor & the vulnerable of them. MOHRE and guarantee that all labour get equal rights to resources. 
MOHRE launched Wages Protection system, it has significantly contributed to providing labour social protection, promoting work relationships and providing safe work environments; whereas, it protects the labourer's rights to receive their due wages on time with no delay as per their work contracts. 
MOHRE has launched numerous initiatives that promote gender equality at workplaces and ensure that female employees are not penalized by employers during their maternity leaves, under UAE's legislations that protect women's rights to achieve work-life balance by providing flexible working hours, including paid leaves.
MOHRE carries out regular and periodic inspection campaigns to ensure full application of Chapter II of the UAE Labour Law and its pertaining resolutions that regulate employment of women and juveniles providing them with the suitable and safe workplace.

MOHRE introduced a mobile service for the public to report violations against women, youth, labour accommodation and labour injury through Aamen mobile application
The Gender Balance Council is a federal entity established by the United Arab Emirates in 2015 to promote the presence of women in state institutions to achieve a gender balance in employment and support the women in the  Gulf  and globally. The Cabinet of UAE, under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, decided to establish the Council to reduce the gap between males and females in the sectors of the State and work towards balancing them in decision-making centers and enhancing the role of women. In all areas of life as a key partner in the future industry. The creation of the Council, in pursuance of the Constitution, which stipulates gender equality, is consistent with the potential and capabilities of women, while seeking to enhance women's capacities and skills, in order to ensure opportunities for their involvement in appropriate areas of employment.

Darb Initiative:

Based on MOHRE's determination to provide support to the national workforce including the youth entrepreneurs who play a vital role in UAE economic development, businesswomen and the elderly and the disabled to assist them and appreciate their special conditions, MOHRE launched the Darb initiative provided in Service delivery rooms.
The service, launched by the Ministry at the end of 2011, gives the owners of enterprises of youth entrepreneurs, businesswomen, the elderly and the disabled priority in coducting their transactions. They should head to the receptionist in the MOHRE's service halls or the ticket dispenser machine and select the "Darb" service and the transaction to be conducted where the beneficiary of the service receives a waiting ticket that gives him priority regarding his transaction conducted by the employee concerned.
